It could certainly head further south. I really just proposed a view that could be profitabe if it plays out. The stock has moved as planned so far but doesn't mean it will this leg. Having said that i lean towards the risk/reward being to the upside, meaning, if i'm touching the stock at all, it will be a long position on the breakout.
kevi and haspete have just posted some other good scenarios to watch out for.
The advantage is, with tight stops (whichever direction you trade) you can minimise loss or, hopefully bag a decent profit.
