That's good, maybe they can distribute some of the surplus to Super funds, some local councils....... and they can turn invest it "wisely" through advice of well suited snake oil salesmen into AAA-rated securities..... maybe we can add it to that $700Billion bale-out for the US Banks?.... what, we already have?.... what do you mean?.... what the?!!
