    Who were more than happy to sell 100 years worth of innovation in exchange for a 5 year sugar hit to profits and SP, so they hit their targets and collect their bonuses before they get on their merry way and never have anything to do with the company again.

    This is a symptom of the toxic management in modern global corporations, who only care about hitting SP/Profits targets that are year to year during their 5 year tenure.

    They receive no bonus for the 20-year time frame and therefore don't even consider it.

    China has been willing to exploit this and the government intervention in their companies ensures a time-frame of 25 years is constantly considered
