Its not like the US and other countries like France, England havent used other countries intellectual property as I think they all have. The problem I have with China is it counterfeits so many brand name products now including cars, musical instruments and it puts the brand name on those products and sells them internationally. I have seen a few of these things and usually they are very sub par. This is besides other problems like buying influence with politicians and creating groups in Australia that stand over other Chinese like students and bullies and threatens them. Other problems with China but you get the idea.
