Shareholding thresholds - The Allens handbook on takeovers in Australia
If I have it right it can't be substantial holders selling, buying or being diluted more than 1%. It leaves me a little confused as I would have thought a movement of more than 1% would have occurred to more people than Mark and Mike during last CR or reporting isn't great.
At a guess, this stock is being swing traded by small investors who have built up holdings over the years. We should of all got onto it a number of years back as its consistent however I also think it has f%^&#d the stock a bit and contributes to the reason recent and future sell offs occur anytime we get momentum.
If you swing trade this stock with patience you are nearly guaranteed 50% plus on your money annually which is much more than us holders have seen.
But then again, I have no idea.
