    been hearing about delays for many many years now.

    the ink is drying on the contracts...
    its a race between bear head and magnolia to FID...
    the mexico acquisition...
    DEIS is a gating item...
    FEIS is a gating item...
    US listing...
    the oil price is low...
    the supply/demand gap...
    domino effects...
    india...
    china...
    trade wars...

    hype and excuses the whole way through. very little in terms of execution.
