Trade war delaying our BTA's, page-40

I understand that IDG have invested and that is great, but at what stage did we become so reliant on the Chinese to get BTA's signed? As I understood it, we were in the final stages of negotiation with credit worthy buyers; were they all Chinese? I did not think so, yet suddenly our SP is pegged to what happens in the tariff war. Something doesn't seem right with this; a Chinese BTA should have been some cream on top.
