As usual with trump it is all a smokescreen. The real issue is intellectual property. Fake Apple, fake Microsoft etc .Then there are the GM products, drugs etc. All copied and sold around the world. Or more likely, genuine over runs.
The yanks want to exploit the labour laws but not share the knowledge.
First thing we do kill all the lawyers.
