Unscheduled 3RD day of talks: to me, it shows progress and wanting to expedite. This, in addition to China sending top level officials, unannounced, to these meetings (shows willingness and commitment). If tensions were an issue, they'd likely walk away for some buffer time. Both leaders know there's so much more to gain by an agreement! All, of course, my opinion.
