If it were a no brainer they’d be able to agree on something in 5 seconds. These are complex issues though so nothing is going to happen in 5 seconds. If they weren’t close to any form of agreement then why waste another day now. Therefore you can only assume a third day is positive, productive things are happening and another day now is warranted to make further progress now rather than later. All just my reading of the tea leaves. Happy to hear other reasoned opinions.
