US Energy mentioned as a feature of US China phase one deal. Looking forward to its finer details in January.
Trump has suggested that a phase 2 deal won't be done until after US elections. This seems entirely feasible given the time these deals take.
Still, Trump, ever the showman, may pull a few more rabbits out of his hat during his election campaign. If phase 1 deal moves forward, maybe more tariffs will be rolled back in a phase 2 deal
