Last I had them at close to that average price was after their on-market purchase on 13/06/2014. Public disclosures since then show they acquired another 28m shares, mostly at significantly higher prices that $1.20, whereas their highest sell price was $0.22.
I have no info on their use of derivatives or proceeds from lending their stock and I accept that those sorts of transactions could bring down their average cost. Excluding those sorts of transactions though, I have their average, after their recent 604 disclosure, at $2.15/share.

I got $1.20 from a poster a while back.

How confident are you it is $2.10? They still hold over 60 million shares.
