    I am sory I gave the complex answer and never clearly stated simple. Untill SX 6 comes on line there will be no increase in concentrate or tailings. N0 new permits or changes needed from DOE or ALEB.

    What I do not know is how far can they go without exceding current permits. Could they do 25 or 50T/ Month to fully test system. I don't think it is very high because AL said in Q4 CC there would be a drop in SX7 output while SX6 was primed. This MAY mean they are close now. Welcome other facts and or opinions on this.
