Lynas has permanent waste disposal plans (this has been discussed numerous times). Why? Because international movement of some concentrates are regulated. Just how do you think Lynas could end up selling concentrates to China if it can't legally be shipped? How can, to quote you, "disposal costs will become prohibitive" come to be a fact a reality? Are you trying to say cost will become prohibitive to the extent it will lead to the closures of Lynas's oversea operation?
Condisoil is "absolutely essential for Lyans's future". You provide no source(s) backing this claim of yours. It's just sauce.
