Brilliant plan; mission accomplished.which implies limited upside to REE pricing. My view further suggests that they will continue developing, consolidating and upgrading their "overcapacity", esp in vertically-integrated SOEs, to capture increasing downstream market share. Overcapacity is good for them and would be expected under my vision of their strategy.

Suggest you try and get hold of some high end analysis and spend a good deal of time on thorough DD rather than continued speculation off a very limited knowledge base, there was a particularly good 40 page Lynas centric one recently with a comprehensive background current China.
