goofy, Can you provide a link that supports your claim that the LAMP can't increase production without approval? I'm not familiar with that and I'd like to understand terms, etc. Is this perhaps a limit on how much ore they can bring through the port?
Hard for me to believe they actually have a limit on production, though not hard to believe they might have a limit on how much waste (especially WLP) they can produce. Given the fact that they are adding significant processing in Mt Weld, the issue would be a good one to consider and/or be aware of.
If true, and somewhat dependent on how and by whom such a limit might have been established, it would raise a separate concern I have not considered (IIRC), as concentrate grade will turn lower in time and more would need to be brought in from Mt Weld to maintain production.
