Some thoughts on this weeks global events from Grants tweet today..
The trade wars are well underway.. The US went all in at the start of Trumps administration with high China tarrifs.. China played their card of magnets from rare earths which there is no quick answer for the west.. these are required for society to function.
Trump backed down..
However it's interesting Trumps comments yesterday..

I don't think the Trump administration will play this card again.. However my earlier suspicions I discussed seem to be coming into play in the last 24 hours. Trump has applied tarrifs to other friendly countries for them to put their own tarrifs on China.

As Western allies join.. China will now play their critical mineral card on other countries.. and you know that Japan are already paying the highest premium in the world for Fluorspar.. (it's good to see Fluorspar up 2.5% today too).
John out with another visual today too..
You have these new players trying to flood into Fluorspar after hearing what China wants directly..
What separates Fluorspar from "rare earths" is that China is worried about running out of it themsleves..
I actually have a great deal of respect for John's hustle though.. he has come out guns blazing into the Fluorspar space.. he has the wind in his sail in which the US is 100% reliant on Fluorspar.. The US DOD are even providing Grants to companies in the UK to fund their PFS for Fluorspar.. John will have success however I don't trust that he will not sell his projects to a larger player when the storm comes and that shareholders will not be priority.
On the Vanadium front:
You have Rick Rule out on a aussie video today..Rick is always an investor before anything goes up. Rick talks about his investment in Vanadium being painful.. getting into the space 5 years earlier and down 60% on his investment. This is the environment he thrives as his patience always rewards him as he may be early but never wrong.. . Also saying.. The other thing I would caution is that many Vanadium mines don't have size.. oh boy does Tivan have size..

Tivan also had recently 80m shares sold over a VWAP and now a different player has emerged.. This has all been absorbed while we have an 8month long consolidation. Tivan is going to move hard and I am keeping my mind open to the heights it will reach on this next move.
This chart is as good as they come.. All the bears will go silent when we break out. I still stand by my earlier prediction that we will be above 20c within 5 weeks from now.. and that is only the beginning..![]()
