I spoke with Warren just now. Also quickly looked at the disclosure document. Shareholders will have priority to the 400 million shares at 0.007 with free option for every two purchased. Offer closes on 10th Feb. I asked Warren what dates for rig movement and he said at the end of February. A prospectus will be sent to every holder. The blue form being for holders. Disc document a good read and low entry price... well it can't get a whole lot lower anyhow :-). Thought todays movement was a tad strange with the orders being pulled.
