This would have to be a short seller keeping the shareprice down, Just look at the volume if not for this seller it be .32, (and who would not want a better price but the shorter). Every time it looks like getting up short seller hammers it down again.
I hope this shorter burns.(in hell and in the market)
Thats another good thing about ELDPA not likely to have short sellers.
