Ther last placement seemed like a debarcle and i was one of the most critical of all especially for the discount i thought at $1.05 when were trading at $1.25, we all remeber what happened not long after the placement in January, the market went splat and WRs was looking like a hero for making his move.

He obviously has made another calculated judgement to push the button and who knows if the price or timing is perfect, all i know is that the money is up for grabs and BRM has enough cash for stage 1, thats good enough for me and it looks like the company wants early cash flow which could avoid more dilution down the road.

When the SP is between $3.50 and $4 all of this will be forgotten.
