    He certainly was, ramping them at .05. Imagine anyone had listened to him them, where would they be now? Yet he has the audacity to can people when he follows their 'opinion' and looses his money. Top notch looser. He was ramping LVL when he was 12 years old, and he is still loosing money now at age 15. Amazing.
