I looked at everything and considered most possible scenarios from flip to a trust, to liquidation to just buying in an hoping for the best to a full takeover and could not come up with a confident position that I would want to invest in. Irrespective of what Custodial have in mind Freshtel has a mammoth task ahead of them as a company.
If the Custodial plan is to flip or strip then you will be ok, if they are in for the hype then you are sunk. Too risky for mine given what we know in detail about Freshtel and it's appalling performance to date.
The recent focus on licensing (for unspecified returns) could well be an admission that they just can't make it as a VOIP company, kind of scary isn't it?
As a short term trade I just do not know, if it gets north of 2-2.5cc I would have my finger on the sell trigger.
