    Who knows, but it has been know to leak prior to news...we know this clearly now...so it could well be a good sign?

    Could also be window dressing...some largish holders here a fair way under water and perhaps looking to improve their end of year numbers?

    As I have said...just a trade for me now until we get a quantifiable announcement.
