Mitta, you are a champion. I think it was a comment posted by you a couple of years ago about manipulation that got me started on TA and VSA. Thanks for the offer of help mate.
The issue I had was getting all the items they offered in a recent $1 two week trial of a plugin and futures room access. It has taken me ten emails and it's still not resolved! One particular employee was rude and unhelpful/unresponsive. I then got hold of the Marketing Director and she was much more helpful.
I outlined the service issues in an email to Gavin on May 1 and he hasn't replied to it so I can only guess he has no problem with the way things are being handled.
