Don’t know if this will help you out I run all my chart programs with metastock data.

If I try and open trade guider while metastock is running it won’t work because they are both accessing the same folder.

See the screen capture of what happens when I try and open trade guider with metastock running.

So try using trade guider with metastock software closed and see if that works.
