I've been using TG's RT platform with Thompson Reuters' EOD data all this year. There have always been problems with it not saving channels and lines etc on about 40% of my charts. I notified tech support and was informed that it was a known problem...
Today it failed to open 3 times, opened on the 4th attempt but all my channels and lines now appear to be gone and I'm totally mortified, having spent countless hours working on charts. I've sent an email to Richard and Gavin requesting help. I'm struggling to think straight now as I just spent most of the weekend working on daily and weekly charts and now the whole damn lot seems to be gone.
