    Follow up on my previous post:

    I had a reply from tech support suggesting that the files are corrupted and that I need to reinstall.

    Here's my response to that -

    I assume that I would have to download TG from the website again if I follow your instructions?
    I’m loathe to even try as the thought of losing all my watchlists does my head in after having already lost so much work, time and effort.

    Really unhappy with the platform and can’t for the life of me figure out why Gavin hasn’t fixed the damn problems.
    I guess it’s his business to lose. A quick search of the internet reveals how disappointed a lot of customers are with TG.
    I’m not quite sure that this is what Tom would have envisioned.

    TG’s platform should be brilliant, parts of it are, but to keep selling buggy products to unsuspecting customers is just plain wrong.

    It is just not good enough.
