    Has anybody had any luck getting a refund from tradeguider ' The home of Volume spread analysis"
    I paid up last year in august 2011 for what there VSA software it costs $995 . It,s actually a membership I have found out recently although it was over a year ago i thought i had canceled it all.
    I had a bit of trouble installing it because on top of the software you then have to source a data supplier that they connect you with but also costs extra per month, I must say they were very helpful in geting me up and running, I had quite a few phonecalls
    with there online help tech people and direct help on screen via there remote help option so they were very good in there customer help area.
    There is a 30 day trial period that I thought about utilising at the time for a refund but decided not too, though I only used the software for a short period after that , I regretted not doing so.
    I decided not to continue using it , I think it is usefull software for some people but It was not for me I found it hard to interperet and not suited to my trading style
    I wrote off my investment in it , I put it down to it's one of things you try over time it cost me US $995
    plus data charges for 3 months
    I canceled all the data services connected with the software through EQUIS or metastock and discontinued using it around early november
    I thought I had canceled everything but unfortunately they say in the terms and conditions are you have to inform them directly by phone to cancel your membership

    14 days ago there is another charge for us$995 on my credit card , exactly one year after I first signed up, I contacted them as soon as I found out but they refuse to refund the extra $995, They never sent me a receipt for the funds taken or advised me the membership was coming up for renewal ,clearly I had no intention of renewing my membership but they have kept my credit card details for a year and debited the same card.

    The good faith I showed them in buying there software trying it, [I could have asked for a refund in there 30 day trial and seriously did concider it] has not been returned by them in there refusal to refund the extra years membership fee, it was clearly an oversite by me not to cancel the membership directly with them but i have contacted them as soon as my error was known but to no avail
    So to everyone out there be cautious if you deal with them, be aware of there terms and conditions
