    I,m glad I have at least helped one person to avoid a costly mistake .I have no problem paying companies for there services /subsciptions, but there should be an element of looking after the customer and customer satisfaction in there dealings with complaints.
    I told them about the unintended continuation of there/my membership as soon as I became aware of the charge on my credit card ,most reputable companies would refund it , Not this Mob
