I'm not sure of the order of things with the ACCC, but it could be that the commission has checked the submissions, and wants Foxtel to venture "certain undertakings", that have arisen from their inquiries or from new info.
Witrh no deadline, we don't have a "spud" date yet. The market's still supportive. All good so far.
