re: was it a good announcement? Hey Rouges - are you sure the drop in price isn't disappointment at the announcement? How did they value the "greenfields" exploration areas at $10.5 mil? Is that a good deal or not, and if so for whom?

Is the fact that BRW's taking all the exploration risk and yet Lionore can effectively get half of a major discovery back for a pittance a good deal for BRW?

Are the notes issues a good deal for BRW shareholders?

I'm not convinced that this is the right way to go. Just another incestuous arrangement - like the Barminco one a while back.
