I dont know how good the deal is, but my comments are just based on the manipulation this morning, prop bidding 1mil lots between 9.2-9.6 than all removed instantly once they offloaded every thing, BRW has a good reputation its receiving massive royalties, cashed up but seems to have attracted dodgy brokers who are in for a pump & dump, which will start changeing investors thoughts of entering.

One to watch but now have to be careful of the propers
