There are plenty of undervalued stocks on the ASX and every other market. As one trade once described it, it's like walking across a ground covered in diamonds. Don't kid yourself, a lot of sectors will faster than REIT's.
A lot of energy socks are undervalued and the price of oil and gas will adjust up a lot faster than rentals. In fact blind fredie knows, businesses will not tolerate increased rental rates in a downturn, at least that's my thinking and i haven't got as clue about REIT's
