I think you are right. Don't know about the double top though but it has hit resistance at .07 3 times before this run and three times during this run I full expect this to retrace to low .06's before running and braking .07 on the next announcment but once It does manage to brack .07 I think that will be a major support for IMI and don't think they will reatrace below it again.
Expecting announcement of sigma deal anyday!
