ADY is a unicorn at the moment - not many people have seen one and most believe its not true

Phil Thomas is a smart fella and is a hard man - good negotiator and well worth every penny he is getting - he's not finished its just the start of profitable things to come

Look at the Chile deal on face value - this could generate profit of $10-20M per annum on the basis of 1-3 million tonnes. It starts in September - this year

Look at others at the moment - production wont even start for 6-12 months........its worth more simply on start date imo

And then you have to consider when Rincon Salar will start -NT looks promising - teniments are near a nice find

Phillip. deal is still out but the demand for IRON ORE is there - locked in good price and will continue to suply the demand
