    Im not sure.

    Thinking maybe the former, but the buying today has been impressive.

    If it breaks 12/13, its off.

    If it cant break 11, its down to 7.5 again.


    Traders must be loving this volatility. Thats why i think it may be the former. But ill hold my judgement.
