My guess is that since the FFI announcement, it has now popped up on the traders radar - the first thing they do is to sell it down and keep a lid on it for a while whilst they trade and slowly accumulate.
If they get it right, they can get to a free carry and park it - notice how the volumes have increased quite a bit
