SYR is down 15% from highs.
That's quite a drop almost 200m MC.
They do have buckets of cash but that means very little to the SP
If the cash is not being put to good use.

Take a look at 1-pg chart who are cashed up and see what a big bank balance will get you. It's obvious the big boys are playing games with this one, there is only one winner in those games and you better hope they not using their holdings to benefit through shorting. Never seen so many substantial holding and ceasing notices for one company before, call it moving between internal companies all you want but it doesn't happen in other stocks like it does here.
