sovereign risk is one reason as posted above,
another reason is "You cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!"
Compare SYR project economics with MNS and all other things considered and you have what I believe an over valued company atm. This may change down the track but not right now as the share price is saying.
The chart I posted earlier was all telling IMHO.
