Board says its worth more than $7 or that their salaries are more important than shareholder value? What would happen to them if there was a takeover? How many shares do the directors hold vs their annual salaries? Its not in their personal best interest for a takeover to occur. They should have given us an opportunity to vote on this or at least sell on market, not just reject it outright.
