In the matter of this takeover the board has been beyond reproach, that doesn't absolve them of poor decision.
@pear you would have to applaud their position on criticising the discriminatory nature of the bid?
As you all know, I have done a fair bit of criticism of the board. I don't reside of anything I have said. I think we small holders have a right to be critical of boards.
On the matter of the take over, I have no fault with the decision. I agree 100% with the decision they have made and I do applaud them as I think the decision was made with us in mind.
By the way, until I see an announcement from Harbour stating that they no longer have an interest in 15% of the Company, I don't think we have seen the last of them.
Also, whilst here, I want to thank those posters that I posed questions of and they graciously answered.
