a near term producer is significantly derisked than a hopeful still chasing the big pie.
the CR funds are put to good use. nickel + IO to come
as MC of the company is expected to surge above way north of 50m after CR settlles in, the residual payments to vendor will be less dilutive
they have an option to pay $4m for the final 30%, gees, the 100% acquisition looks like a total bargain now
