Orbis quarterly mentioned yesterday on this thread mentions 10 REIT's on page 3 of their quarterly. Also visit a few other property threads, then start your research. At weekend believe AFR lists stocks in separate categories i.e. property, that would make a good starting point.
Watch out for gearing levels, refinancing dates, hedging issues both on interest rates & currencies.
May be easier just to ignore some of the overseas one because currency hedging introduces one extra problem. Given most holders of CER already have some exposure to currency hedging risks possibly easier just to look at Australian trusts.
Remember you only need to find say 1-2 standouts.
We have plenty of time to get set because they are not about to race away, but over a few years they could produce very high returns not only in capital growth, but also very high yields based on current prices.
