its entirely possible that Moelis were simply trying to time the market (and did a pretty good job of it you'd think after the greece bill was passed...)

its possible that they bought up $100m worth of different stocks on that day, and that $1m into CDU is nothing much compared to their overall strategy...

its useful information to have, but we'll need to see continued buying before id raise any suspicions...

i think a take over of CDU is EXTREMELY unlikely...
