I have to be honest Toono, that balance sheet is frightening and the auditor wasn't too kind.

With revenue of only $340,000 but costs of $3,400,000 to run that business, it would be fair to say the current strategy is poor. This has been ongoing.

The book value is zero and some are taking a massive gamble on an untried and untested concept that GCN doesn't own outright. In fact they have quite a small percentage in the deal. A lot of success is already built into the share price imo.

Valueing a company on an unknown take-up of numbers and cost/margins etc is unwise imo.
