Sometimes people do those little trades at the end of the day just to clean up orders. Those BCNOA at 0.016 were my buy. Had an order of 250,000 at 0.015. Had around 20,000 left unfilled so just bought those at 0.016 so the order didn't cross into tomorrow. Cost me an extra $20, so didn't really matter.
