In watching the EMP share price in relation to the DRD offer it seems to trade about 3-4c below the DRD offer. DRD converted from drooy on nasdac is worth $368au. Divide that by 4.4 and you get around 83.68c for EMP. I guess there is the 'hassle' factor in converting your EMP shares to DRD which gives you a slight discount if you buy EMP now and not knowing if the DRD price will be as good as its current price.
