Posters above have given the difinition of AFTER- MARKET trades. If that is your question then there is nothing to add.
However, if you are asking about OFF-MARKET trades - that is trades that are not done on the ASX rather by transfers elsewhere, then the answer is you will never know about them unless they affect Significant Holder limits (holders with more than 5%)
