I don't know if the window dressing brings the prices up or down. IG were saying last week that they would keep the price around 5350 to match the start of quarter, but it went higher. So I just take it to mean volatility or at least to expect the unexpected.
Yes, I'm a daytrader. Don't like to stay in for more than one hour with leveraged instruments. Happy to miss big gains and avoid big losses. Prefer to make regular small amounts. I trade the indices themselves, not stocks, but I might get into stock CFDs.
