Looks like a game of silly buggers to me. Why park 4 million buy orders in below 7 million others. If you're that keen you keep the buy orders off screen to avoid giving the sellers the idea there's big demand and tol hold the price up and insead line wipe when the sellers are building. You certainly don't advertise demand and then put your buy order in 7 million shares off the pace.
